Arthur Vincent has extensive law enforcement experience commencing in 1965, during which time he served in various positions including criminal investigation and command positions.  Mr. Vincent graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 1980. Following his retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Vincent received a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, also from Florida International University in 1994. Mr. Vincent later received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995. After graduation, Mr. Vincent served as staff attorney for the appellate court in the 3rd District Court of Appeals, and also as a staff attorney for a Circuit Court Judge in Broward County, Florida.

Mr. Vincent has successfully maintained a law practice since 1995. Mr. Vincent has been appointed as a fiduciary in numerous estates, trusts, and other matters by the Courts.  He has handled extensive estate administrations as the court-appointed Curator, Personal Representative, Administrator ad Litem, and Attorneys ad Litem.  Mr. Vincent has prevailed in obtaining a million-dollar verdict in a civil litigation matter. Mr. Vincent is presently a shareholder and director of attorneys at Vincent Law, P.A.
