Monica Gereke is a highly skilled and dedicated Paralegal with over 16 years of experience in the legal field. She currently holds the position of Manager and Litigation Paralegal at Vincent Law, P.A., where she plays a vital role in supporting the attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm.

Originally from Argentina, Monica is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds. She has been working closely with Arthur Vincent, Esq. since January 2016, assisting him in various areas of law, including civil litigation, probate & trust litigation, contract law, family law, federal court cases, estates and guardianships.

Monica’s expertise lies in drafting legal documents, preparing and reviewing discovery materials, preparation for trial, scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations, and conducting thorough research to support the attorneys’ cases. She is also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with opposing counsels, judicial assistants, judges and clients, ensuring effective communication and efficient case management.

In addition to her legal skills, Monica is highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all necessary documents are filed accurately and on time. She is also involved in the hiring process of new personnel, contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has been a Florida State Public Notary since 2010. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for the legal profession make her an invaluable asset to Vincent Law, P.A.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has a love for traveling, boating, and spending time at the beach. She also maintains an active lifestyle by regularly working out at the gym.
